Returns Policy for alpaca shop products only (not walking vouchers / tickets)

Hensting Alpacas shop return policy

At Hensting Alpacas Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@alpacas-hampshire.co.uk We will provide you with a return address and a return authorization number. Please include this number with your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note this is not applicable to returning vouchers or alpaca walking tickets. this is just products purchased in the shop
