Do alpacas like to run?

This is a great video watching our alpacas enjoying themselves.  One of the many reasons why this animal is fantastic to farm it’s that with their 3 stomachs they are so cheap to keep, you see, they process whatever food they take in better than any other livestock, also the meat is very lean and sought after, and of course let’s not forget the fleece which is finer than cashmere!

The Incas of course have been farming these animals for the last 6000 years and longer I wouldn’t doubt.  The 2 main countries are Peru and Chile who have been responsible producers of these creatures, whole industries within these countries have risen out of the products produced.  Did you know? that the fleece is finer than cashmere and we can expect fibres down to as low as 14 micron’s and the fleece is also fireproof and incredibly dense. So, the Incas not only got their clothes but also their meat and fuel for the fire because the poo burns just as long and just as hot as Cole, and finally the meat, this is only 0.5% fat so very lean. What an animal all these things in one cute bundle. In the textile industry, "alpaca" primarily refers to the hair of Peruvian alpacas, but more broadly it refers to a style of fabric originally made from alpaca hair, such as mohair, Icelandic sheep wool,

What are alpaca Farming Pros and Cons?

Alpaca farming is known for its many benefits and the fact that it is fun to farm alpacas. One of many reasons why many people love alpaca farming is because that these camelids fibre is softer, warmer and lighter as compared to wool. Alpacas which are smaller than llamas are also known to come in a wide range of colours which makes it so usable, and that dyeing is not needed for this product. The alpaca population come from south America and they you have over 22 shades of colour to choose from. More so, alpaca farming is environmentally friendly because the alpacas do not have a significant impact on the landscape compared to farming with other animals with hooves, the alpaca only has 2 toes and very light on their feet.  Continued Alpaca Farming.
