If you need to cancel your walk for whatever reason giving at least 72 hours, and at our discresion we will refund you with a small administration fee of £10 which will be deducted at point of refund.
We would prefer you to choose an alternative date with in 3 months rather than loose your walk
just email Derek and a refund will be done asap
