What Are Accessible Alpaca Walks?

These special walks are ideal for visitors with autism, visual impairments, or other needs requiring carer support. They are designed to be relaxing, sensory-aware, and enjoyable for everyone involved.

When Are They?

Every Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:30, we reserve a dedicated slot just for accessible walks. That means fewer people, more support, and a calmer, more sensory-friendly environment.

How Do Carer Discount Codes Work?

Verified carers receive a £16 discount code to use toward their booking. Please note: the person you are accompanying must still purchase a standard ticket for the walk.

How many carers can attend?

We allow 1 discounted carer ticket per guest with additional needs. Additional carers or family members can still attend at the regular ticket price.

What proof do I need to provide?

You can upload a Carer's Allowance letter, a care agency ID, or a PIP letter naming the carer. If you're unsure, just contact us!

Is this only for children?

No — anyone with additional needs is welcome, whether child or adult.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. Carer approval must be completed before booking. Once approved, you will receive your personal discount code to use when booking an Inclusive Walk.
