Our Christmas alpaca walks run throughout December until Christmas Day. We offer both morning and afternoon sessions:

• Morning Walks: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (gates close 9:55 AM)
• Afternoon Walks: 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM (selected dates)

Booking Tips:

• Weekends and school holidays book fastest - reserve 2-4 weeks ahead
• Weekday walks are quieter and often available closer to the date
• The week before Christmas is extremely popular - book early!
• We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your walk time

Children must be 8 years or older to walk an alpaca. Younger children are welcome as non-walking participants at £20 per child.

What happens if it rains or snows?

We walk in all weather conditions! Our alpacas don't mind rain, and snowy walks are especially magical. Wellington boots are available to hire for £1. We only cancel for extreme weather conditions, in which case we'll reschedule or refund.

Can I take photos with the alpacas?

Absolutely! We encourage photos throughout your experience. The Christmas decorations and alpacas make for stunning festive photos perfect for Christmas cards or social media.

How long should we arrive before our walk time?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled walk time. Gates close 5 minutes before walks begin, so punctuality is important!

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately no - our alpacas prefer to be the stars of the show! Dogs can stress the herd, so we ask they stay home for this visit.

Is parking available?

Yes! Itchen Valley Country Park offers ample parking. Cost is £3.30 for short stay or £5.30 for all day if you want to explore the park afterward.
