About Hensting Fybelle

Fybelle is a light fawn Huacaya female born in June 2023, from a pairing of our solid white male Hensting Cerro de Pasco with Willowbrook Bella, a solid mid fawn female. The combination of white and fawn genetics in her background gives her a warm, even fawn colouration with good coverage across the blanket.

At two years old, Fybelle is developing well — she has a pleasing frame, consistent fleece growth, and a straightforward temperament. She is well-socialised through regular contact with the herd and with our volunteers and staff, making her easy to handle and comfortable around people.

Fawn is a commercially useful colour in alpaca breeding — the fleece processes well and sits at the lighter end of the natural colour spectrum, making it flexible for both natural and dyed yarn production. Fybelle is approaching breeding age and would be ready to introduce to a stud male in the coming season. She is available now.
