A relaxed Halloween Open Day at Hensting Alpacas - meet, greet and feed our friendly herd. Perfect for all ages. Adults £12, children £6.
Mark your calendars! This magical experience returns in 2026
Book Your Place NowBring the whole family for a relaxed Halloween treat at Hensting Alpacas! Our Family Meet & Greet Open Day is perfect for visitors who want to spend time with our herd without the guided countryside walk - ideal for younger children, larger groups, or anyone who'd rather stay close to the farmyard.
Wander among our alpacas dressed in their Halloween best, enjoy pumpkin and autumn decorations around the farm, and get hands-on with feeding time. It's a gentler, more flexible way to enjoy the Halloween season with the herd.
With no walking route to follow, our Open Day suits toddlers, grandparents, and everyone in between. Turn up, meet the herd, feed them a treat, and take plenty of Halloween photos.
Our Halloween Open Day runs on Saturday 31 October 2026, 1pm-3pm. Spaces are limited, so book ahead to avoid disappointment.
Weather: The Open Day goes ahead in all but the most severe weather. Please dress for the outdoors.
Accessibility: Please contact us before booking if you have any questions about accessibility on the day.
Looking for more of a countryside adventure? Book our Halloween Alpaca Walking Experience instead, running the same day from £32.
Arrive a little before your slot to grab a good spot at the feeding station - it's the most popular part of the visit for younger children.
