if your voucher is saying invalid

This maybe because you used it already to made a booking with the voucher.  If that booking was during lockdown then you need to email booking@alpacas-hampshire.co.uk to move the booking to a new date (this is free of charge)

This could also be because your voiuchers date has expired and if this is the case again you need to email derek@alpacas-hampshire.co.uk to have the voucher extended to 12 months from purchase if it was purchased between March 2019 and June 2021

Vouchers after June 2021 are valid for 6 months our normal term
