Fill in your details, upload a photograph of yourself, and pay by card or bank transfer. Your pass number arrives by email straight away.
Choose a date on our calendar as you normally would, then enter your pass number at checkout. The cost of your walk comes off automatically.
Arrive, and our team will check your photo against your pass. That's it — meet your alpaca and head out into the Hampshire countryside.
Bringing family or friends along? That's very welcome — just add their tickets to the same booking when you reserve your date.

The pass pays for itself from your fifth walk onwards. If you visit us three times a year or more, it's the cheaper way to do it — and you're paid up, so there's nothing to think about when you fancy a morning out with the alpacas.
If you already come back two or three times a year, the pass costs less and takes the decision out of it.

One person and one alpaca on each visit. Anyone joining you is very welcome — just add them to your booking at the normal ticket price.
Twelve months from the day your payment reaches us. If you pay by bank transfer the clock starts when we confirm it, not when you order, so you never lose days waiting.
Yes — your pass includes one seasonal event across the year. Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day or Halloween, whichever you'd rather have.
No. The pass is personal to you and cannot be lent, shared or transferred. That's why we ask for a photograph when you buy — our team checks it when you arrive.
A walk is used when you book it, so do let us know in good time if plans change. When we cancel the booking for you, the walk goes straight back onto your pass.
Llama Keeper Experiences and Family Open Days aren't included. Standard alpaca walks are, and you can book anything else separately at the usual price.
