How many carers can attend?
We allow 1 discounted carer ticket per guest with additional needs. Additional carers or family members can still attend at the regular ticket price.
What proof do I need to provide?
You can provide a Carer's Allowance letter, a care agency ID, or a PIP letter naming the carer. If you're unsure, just contact us!
Is this only for children?
No — anyone with additional needs is welcome, whether child or adult. Our accessible walks are designed for all ages.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Carer verification must be completed before booking using our online form. Once approved, you will receive your personal discount code to use when booking an accessible walk.
What if someone in our group has mobility needs?
Our accessible walks are designed to accommodate various mobility needs. The paths are suitable for wheelchairs and walking aids. Please let us know about any specific requirements when booking.
Can we bring a guide dog?
While we normally don't allow dogs due to the alpacas' sensitivity, we make exceptions for registered guide dogs. Please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements.
