Stallholder Pitches:
Standard Craft Stall: £15 per pitch

Do I need to book in advance?

No advance booking required for visitors - just turn up! Entry is £2 for adults, £2 for children (3-16), and FREE for under 3s. Stallholders must book their pitch in advance through our booking system.

What stalls will be there?

We feature 20+ local artisans selling genuine handmade crafts including jewellery, art, homeware, gifts, vintage items, children's crafts, and seasonal treasures. Plus our own alpaca shop!

Can I bring my dog?

Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome, but please keep them away from the alpacas and be mindful of other visitors browsing the stalls.

Is there food available?

Yes! We have up to 2 food stalls offering hot food, coffee, cakes, and refreshments. Perfect for a full day out!

Where is parking?

Park at Itchen Valley Country Park. Parking costs £3.50 for 2 hours. The venue is just 15 minutes from Southampton, Winchester, and Eastleigh.

Can I book a stall as a vendor?

Yes! Standard craft stalls are £15 per pitch. Food stalls are £30-40 (limited to 2). Book through our booking system. Bring your own table and equipment. Setup from 8:30am, trading 10am-3pm.

What if it rains?

The event goes ahead rain or shine! Stallholders should bring gazebos or cover. Visitors are advised to dress for the weather. Only extreme weather would cause cancellation.
